Trevor Jorgensen, MD, is a Pacific Northwest native that loves to be active in the outdoors. He grew up in a small town in Idaho, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Portland. Following his undergraduate education, he moved to Seattle, WA where he attended medical school at the University of Washington. He completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency and an anesthesia based, accredited fellowship in pain management at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA). Missing the Pacific Northwest, he returned to the “City of Roses”, which he now calls home with his wife, two sons, and Boerboel puppy, Tonks.
When he’s not at work, Dr. Jorgensen really enjoys spending time with his family and working in his woodshop building things. He has always had an interest in electronics, mechanics, woodworking and composites since he was a child. His favorite projects have been the speakers and shelves he has built for our clinic and array of different furniture.
Erica Vrvilo is a PNW native who grew up in Gresham, OR. After high school she decided to travel down south to play division 1 college volleyball at Mercer University in Macon, GA. She then went on to complete her physician assistant studies at the Mercer University College of Health Professions in Atlanta, Ga. After working her first few years as a PA in the south working in orthopedics she decided to relocate closer to her family in the beautiful city of Portland, OR. In her free time she enjoys working out, playing volleyball, and enjoying the outdoors.!
Kristie graduated from Apollo College in 2006 with her Medical Assistant Certification, got her first job at OHSU family medicine working there for 11 years she realized that she had a passion for pain management and joined the team at Oregon Pain Center.
Kristie was born in Marshall Texas and moved to Portland with her family in 1992, she is currently living in Vancouver WA. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities, watching movies and spending time with her kids and family.
I went to Portland community college for 1 year when I realized helping people was what I wanted to do. Began my journey for medical assisting at Carrington College and graduated in 2016. I previously worked in pain management and orthopedics.
Born in California, grew up in Beaverton. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, concerts, and dancing.
Jose has been an important part of the Oregon Pain Center team since July 2017. Wanting to be an active participant in ensuring that patients receive the best care, Jose decided to pursue a career as a Medical Assistant. Attending Anthem College in Beaverton, OR, he received his Medical Assisting diploma in 2012. Prior to joining the OPC staff, Jose worked as the Lead Medical Assistant for a local primary care clinic for five years.
After living in Mexico for almost a decade, Jose and his family moved to Forest Grove, falling in love with the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, Jose enjoys cooking, playing on his club soccer team and adventuring in the outdoors with his family and friends.

Ashley moved from the flatland of Illinois to the Pacific Northwest in 2018 to be closer to mountains and the ocean. She graduated in 2016 with an Associates degree in Communications from Waubonsee Community College. In her free time she enjoys reading, crafting and hanging out with cats.
